2. SUBJECT

This contract governs the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the BUYER through the SELLER’s online store, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law and distance sale regulations.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICE

The ordered products, their quantities and prices and the total amount are added to this text at checkout.

Latest delivery date: within 30 days of the order date at the latest

4. DELIVERY

The product is delivered to the address given by the BUYER at checkout, within the statutory period of 30 days. The delivery fee is shown separately above.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The withdrawal notice is sent to the SELLER’s contact details above. The SELLER refunds the price within 14 days of receiving the notice. Statutory exceptions remain reserved.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

For disputes arising from this contract, the consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts have jurisdiction.
